HCAH Clinical Services Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 1. All payment will be in advance
  • 2. Refund is applicable on applied slab rate.
    •  a. In case of refund amount will be deducted for previously applicable slab-

Customers & Company can cancel the package with a 24 hours Pre-intimation to our customer support centre or by dropping an e-mail at wecare@hcah.in and claim the refund as per terms agreed with company .*

HCAH Pharma Products Replacement Policy

HCAH assures to deliver right product every time and hope that all customers are happy with products they bought from HCAH pharmacy, in case any customer is not entirely satisfied with Product and willing to replace the same (as HCAH do not provide refund), please find below details of HCAH Pharma Products return policy below:

HCAH strongly recommend that all items to be checked fully at the time of delivery by customers.

In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window except under the following conditions:

If the products do not match customer order/prescription
Products are defective or physically damaged.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

All medicine must be returned in full, in their original condition, with box, strip, invoice and packaging intact.

  • 1. Customers are requested to register the return & replacement request within 24 Hrs.
  • 2. Customers are requested to please contact HCAH customer care by calling on customer care number mentioned in the invoice.
  • 3. Once Customer has notified HCAH Customer Care team about returning your items, HCAH Representative will investigate complaint with proper evidence (received from customer) HCAH can ask for supporting evidence (picture or video).
  • 4. If Customer is eligible for return, then HCAH Representative will make a call to customer and provide instructions about how and where to send or drop off the return items. The options may include shipping by courier, pick up by HCAH delivery agent, or drop off at a designated health care at home pharmacy.
  • 5. Once product received at HCAH pharmacy it will be replaced in 7 – 10 working days.
  • 6. Please note that all product return options are not available in all areas and HCAH Representative will make all efforts to facilitate a convenient option.

Visitors to hcah.in may also sign up for our newsletters and Health Advantage (blog section), without having to register.

HealthCare atHOME will communicate with you through the email you have specified. Your email address is never shared with anybody within or outside HealthCare atHOME. HealthCare atHOME uses this email address to send you three types of communications:

Sending you newsletters that you have subscribed to,

Sending you blogs updates from Health Advantage that you have subscribed to,

Sending you occasional announcements about changes in HealthCare atHOME’s policies or announcement of new promotions or services.
